Zumba fitness has taken the world by storm, combining Latin & International music with a fun and effective workout, come join the party!
Phil has recently qualified as a Zumba fitness instructor and Salsanorthwest has now added the following zumba classes to their north west class programme from May 2011.
TUESDAY
* for the more mature participants or those with restricted mobility *
18:15 - 19:00 @ Ewood Park WMC, 318 Bolton Road, Blackburn, BB2 4HY
FRIDAY
* for the more mature participants or those with restricted mobility *
14:00 - 15:00 @ Kingshaven Community Centre, Queens Court, Penwortham, Presto
Each class costs £4:00 Adults £3:00 with NUS card
